Cancellation Policy

o A 30% Non-Refundable Deposit is due at the time of booking. o The remaining balance is due one week/7 day prior to your session date. Also, gallery completion time is typically 2-3 weeks and the final video will take 1-2 months post-session date. If you need your photos or videos back more quickly than this, please contact me directly for rush options and fees. o If you cancel at least 15 days prior to your session date, you will be refunded 100% of any balance paid, not including the non-refundable 30% deposit. ​o If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your session date, you will be refunded 100% of any balance paid, not including the non-refundable 30% deposit AND less a $20 Late Cancellation Fee. ​o If you cancel within 48 hours of your session date, you will be refunded 100% of any balance paid, not including the non-refundable 30% deposit AND less a $40 Late Cancellation Fee. o If you cancel within 24 hours of your session date, you will be refunded 100% of any balance paid, not including the non-refundable 30% deposit AND less a $60 Late Cancellation Fee.
